自我介紹
My name is Nailah. I studied Secondary Education and I majored in English. There are a lot of things to do during free time but I enjoy mine trying to cook new food, gardening, reading some interesting articles or novels or watching some chosen Japanese animes. I also love listening to different kinds of music like ballad, love songs, alternative, rock, and sometimes rap music. If I have time, I also go to hills, riverside or mountains just to feel relaxed with nature.I find teaching a very rewarding profession and I found it even more interesting when I got the chance to teach students from other nationalities. It's nice when you get to know something more about your students' culture and personalities as well. It makes me understand them more.I have taught in formal school for more than a year. I also handled man-to-man classes mostly with Koreans and a few Japanese students for more or less 2 years. Teaching different students from different nationalities has helped me become a more flexible teacher. I can say that I'm a friendly teacher and my students usually find me kind. I can be funny at times and formal at another depending on which student I am teaching. Generally, I always make my students feel comfortable during my class. When I teach English, I always encourage my students to speak more so that they could practice their speaking skills. I also advise them to watch English movies, listen to English songs or news during their free time so they would be more familiar with the English language. That way, it would also be easier for them to learn the language and they would feel more comfortable with it. I don't believe in rushing things so I don't expect my students to learn something overtime. But I always make it a point that my students will learn something during my class.
