“The Quantity of our Success is determined by Quantity of our Determination.”My name is Baby Jane Borres Generosa. I am originally from Cebu, Philippines. I took up Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English at the University of Cebu. I took part of several seminars that focused mainly on Modern Teaching Methods and Strategies. This designed to make learning more engaging, interactive and relevant to students. Thus, I was able to provide students the opportunity to take an active role in their own learning.I also participated in the student teachers’ training workshop entitled: The Nuts and Bolts of Lesson Planning where it teaches on how to create good lesson plans to be mean more effective instruction that maximize student learning. Another important seminar I have attended was about reaching every student through differentiation: A differentiated Instruction. This seminar help me on how to tailor lessons to student applying with different learning styles and with diverse levels of experience.Accomplishing my Bachelor Degree was never a trouble-free owing to the fact that life has to be submissive and impede before acknowledging the pyrrhic victory. I was impoverished or underprivileged with financial affairs while I was studying. There is always a curve on the way, a loop confusion with bump of destruction. People's perturbation with red light called enemies and that caution light called family.In my life, some are stagnant. You act for them to become Spartan but in all, they act like a combatant. The keys I have are determination, insurance of faith and that driver called Jesus. As my two souls fight inside trying to keep my dream alive, to stay focused on what is precise and discard the evil side. Life is a road full of challenges and life itself is a lesson. What you sow you reap and it is the truth. So, plant good seeds and reap good fruits.In the future, I can see myself still working for you, either in this role as a teacher, or happy gained promotion to a senior level. In five years, I would have more responsibility, have completed several training and development courses to enhance my teaching skills, and be seen as loyal, trustworthy, and productive member of the team. Finally, in the future, I will be someone who can be used to help train new employees when they join the company
